  • Member of NAA (National Adivasi Andolan) since inception in 2005.
  • Core Member of “We Can-Orissa” (Wemen’s movement to stop domestic violence on women) since inception in 2004. And now member of NOW ( National Organisation of Women) since it has opened chapter in Odisha 2010.
  • Representing India for IDEA (International Drama In Education Association) and closely associated since 1995, until now.
  • Representing India for FICEMEA(Creative Art for Alternative Education Association) and closely associated since 2017, until now.
  • Founder of ARTEN (Asia Regional Theatre and Education Network)
  • Active in Odisha Natya Sangha , the state network of 150 amateur theatre groups since its inception in 1987 until now. Had lead it by holding different posts. Now it is vibrant in the state in front of Department of Culture.
  • Shabda Ranga, Bhubaneswar is a forum of literature and theatre veterans where we are an active member
  • Associated with selective socio-political movements around Women, Children, Environmental activism, Self-governance etc. of Odisha : Jangal Banchao Andolan, Adibhumi, Antaranga Youth Federation, NYP (National Youth Project),NOW (National Organisation of Women) etc.
